Winstrol is a steroid that is made from Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) DHT is just testosterone that has had its c4-5 double bond removed by two hydrogen atoms. This is really interesting from a chemical or biological point of view. When this bond is taken away, testosterone becomes DHT, which is the body's most powerful androgen.
